Im thinking no food+stacker 2 products+water pills maybe?
Fuck yeah, maybe you'll even have a heart attack!
srsly tho, that's an awful idea for a diet.
Find your nearest gym, do anything that's good for cardio - swim/bike/run and also sit in the steam room.

There is no quick way. The only reason for crash diets is to make some weigh-in for a boxing weight class or something. You'll gain it back (and probably more) in no time.
- Stop drinking regularly
- Stop eating dirty food regularly
- Eat large amounts of vegetables with each meal
- Eat until you are 80% full, not 100% or 120%
- Drink water all day
- Make up an exercise plan you can stick to; don't go overboard
- Don't ever eat because you are bored or sad or pissed off
You're not gonna drop 10 pounds in two weeks. Forget magic pills and starvation. If you're trying to lose weight but you still keep a lazy-fatass philosophy about it, you're wasting your time.
If you decide to do it the right way, good luck.

Mcdonalds isnt the problem. It's the fat asses that eat there, who also have no motivation or "time" to take a minute out of their morning and pack a lunch!
I'd kill for a McRib and a Mcflurry right now...mmmm. But take my words with a grain of salt if you want. I'm 5'10 and at 135 pounds.

"Restaurants" shouldn't offer a menu that is all crap. If you look at the foods offered at McDonalds there's much room for improvement.
In the Mediterranean area there's a culture of dining in restaurants. In countries like France and Greece lots of people eat in restaurants more days of the week than they eat at home. They can do this to a ripe old age without turning very fat simply because these restaurants don't feed their customers shit, but quality food.
You can't do that with Mc Donalds. Theres a guy who tried to live off the mcdonalds menu for a month, for a documentary, and he gained such weight and got so ill that he couldn't finish the month.
People have their own responsibility. Their obesity, their problem. But its also unethical to run a restaurant that has nothing but crap on the menu, that serves a bad meal to every customer and uses a clown to lure in children.
I can talk about ethics and politics all I want, but there's a better way. Go to the back of a mc donalds restaurant and pop open one of those tubs of spent grill/deep fry fat. One whiff of that stench, and knowing that that's fresh from the kitchen, is enough to make you never set foot in a Mc D again. Really. That light gray stuff is as disgusting as you'd expect an old sewer te smell.

It's a good thing I live in America, and there is a restaurant on every corner. If I feel like eating a 20 piece McNugget meal, I can. If I don't, I can CHOOSE to eat at a different restaurant. Dont hate the system, hate the ignorant fatty who abuses it.
Spurlock's documentary, SuperSize Me, while interesting shouldn't be looked at as an attack on McDonald's but rather a look at lazy obese people who have no restraint. If you're eating McDonald's, or any fast food for that matter, everyday, then you're a moron who deserves a coronary.
...and don't blame Ronald. He's just an innocent spokesperson.
Kind of like this guy

Totally. If you eat garbage and don't exercise and are overweight because of it...then it's your own fault.

He is right. ^ McDonalds isn't forcing anybody to eat their shit hole food. It's up to the person to be healthy.

Ding ding ding. We have a winner!
And on Supersize me, he ate three biggie sized meals a day...that's a little unrealistic for a AVERAGE american.
Use common sense people. You can control what you put into your mouth. Being fat isn't a disease, it's a lack of self control and proper eating habits.
But everyone already knows that so im just preaching to the choir here.

intense cardio combined with a muscle building program.
on the first day jog a mile, on the second day run a half a mile, on the third day jog a mile and a half, on the forth day run a mile.
step the pace up according to your current physical fitness, but always push your boundaries, one step at a time. if you're not sweating, you're not transcending your limits.
right after your cardio, start with body exercises. do three sets of ten pushups on the first day, three sets of fifteen pushups on the second day, and so on, depending on your physical fitness.
throw in a variety of concentrated abdominal exercises and do those consistently for eight to ten minutes per day.
drink a gallon of distilled water on the days you work out.
cut down on all snacks and sugars. replace those with fruits and vegetables.
don't stop eating, rather change the types of food you intake.
see my mind/body health thread in the physical and mental well-being forum.

Its always amusing to hear about people wanting to use diet pills to lose weight, and then shoving some nasty ass mcdonalds down their throat. Sounds like a lazy ass ex-gf of mine. Ugh, just thinking about mcdonalds =
