Measuring mgs. of Dxm powder an how many mgs can?

What kind of scales can be used or how can one measure out mg. doses from a big bag of powder which is in grams? Also my friend has some size 0 capsules how much can be put in their fully packed? Any one know please let me know thanks peace out!

I know when I did DXM powder I used a Triple beam to measure out mg's. As for the capsules, I don't know...I never got around to getting those. I would stirr up the DXM powder in some OJ. Taste like asshole though...
