well right now im using a 16qt pot and simply steaming the jars.. if i have learned anything so far (im very new to this hobby) it's that a pressure cooker would be my best investment.
how does this one look? http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=2625289
23qt for just under 100$

your link didn't work...
so I'll assume you mean the 23 quart Presto.
that one would be fine.
lets see if this link will go there...
http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=2625289
and be sure and pick one of these up too...

I use 3 of the 23qt prestos's from walmart, they work like a charm, so long as you don't set of fireworks inside of it, or beat the edges with a hammer, you should be fine and dandy. Ordering replacement gaskets are no big deal either.
you have over 12K posts and JUST STARTING to ask this question???WTF???!!

Woah dude, I hope I'm not to late to give my advice. Just get an All American 921 from ebay. The most you should have to pay $130 total. It can hold 10 quart jars if you stack 3 on top and, well, they're just great. Seriously, check out ebay. I bought a used one and it works great.

You'll never even know an AA's been used , lol . They last forever . I got this one , the one on the right , recently . 55 years old , for $250 including shipping .
I got the one on the left for $150 including shipping .
The presto will work fine . My first was an 18 quart Presto .
That's it in the back middle . Not much sitting next to a 941 .:(
If you're really serious watch E-Bay . You'll find something Just be patient . We all know how to do that .;)
Good Luck

Of course that price will go up in the next five days--but used still seems like a good option. I know I'm trading my tiny electric in when I finally get some money (one quart jar at a time...).
