I have a few myco bags that did absolutely nothing even after I twice inoculated them.I followed the instructions to the letter(most turn out fine) and still nothing. So I take the ones that do nothing and put them in my compost pile and bury them in cow compost. What I want to know is if they don't grow in the bag are they hopeless outside? Thanks

You might try contacting spore works...
...I dont see why they wouldn't have worked...are you sure the spores were viable?

I noticed the bags a FOAF recently innoculated, out of 10, the 2 that were innoculated with sporeworks syringes have done absolutely nothing, while the others are almost 100%. Note these are the replacement syringes they sent due to the same problem with the first set. If there is not any contamination in the bags, you can innoculate with another syringe, just dont use the same ones (preferably a syringe from a different source). My FOAF has had excellent results with syringes from the little guy, but the sporeworks ones never did anything.

I hope you waited at least two weeks before you tossed the bags. I've ordered the bags and syringes from sporeworks multiple times and have been succesful with their products. I hate to hear that people are having troubles.
Contact them about your problems. They are great!!
