I found some more shrooms today in a cowfield. The first two pictures are what I have questions about. They dont have any veil remnants and they look like some sort of Panaeolus or Conocybes, growing right up out of cow dung piles, but they are not bruising one bit, after 3 hours.
The 3rd picture is of some more cubies
Any chance the questionable batch are ACTIVE? They are all the same kind and dont look poisonous at the very least....all opinions welcome!
Keep on shroomin?

There is at least one Copelandia Cyanescens in there. I would wait for further ID of the rest.

I am taking a spore print. C. Cyanescens has a black or dark purple spore print, right?

They are all copelandia or paneaolus...should all have black sporeprints...nice score. Cheers

I agree, all copes or pans. They're safe.
Nice find!

I seen some of those shrooms in the field that I went pick the other day. I picked some of them but they didnt turn blue at all so I just threw them away, but they looked exactly like that and the gills were very dark black. They also didnt have a veil like the cubes. Is there copes or pans that dont stain blue? I hope not b/c if there was I just passed up a shitload of those mushrooms the other day. There were more than there was cubes. Also they smelled just like the cubes.

In reply to:

Yes there are, Cope Antillarum and Pan. Campanulatus are examples of lookalikes, they don't stain blue.

But if they dont stain blue that means there not active? So basically they have to stain blue for you to trip off of?
