had some mushies tonight with 2 mates. i had a ball. the other 2 said it turned nasty on them. telling me theyre not going to touch them again. i said yeah, i understand. it is a sport for men

I wouldn't say it's a "sport for men". If they weren't in the best mood beforehand, or were anxious about the impending trip, those could have been contributing factors to whether the trip was good or bad.

I agree with you, mushrooms are for the strong willed. Yes, it really has changed my brain. Yes, it has been scary at times. Was it worth it? Would I do it again? YEAH!

I don't think it's expected that one will have enjoyable trips all the time... I had a bad trip with 5-MeO-DMT and became scared of psychedelics for a short time. The bad trips are the ones I learn the most from.
