Pans: Humidity and High Evap. Rate for pinning???

The recommendation for getting Pans to grow pins is high humidity and a high rate of evaporation. This seems like a contradiction. How does one achieve >95% RH and maintain a high rate of evaporation???
Some would suggest to keep a tray of Pans covered tight to bring the humidity to near 100% to allow pins to grow to a few mm in size, but then how is the high rate of evaporation achieved???
Someone has to large clear plastic containers filled with 10lbs of colonized and cased compost each. Casing is run through.
Don't know whether to keep covered tight and only open twice/day to fan or to cover a little loosely to allow a more steady air exchange all of the time.
Suggestions?

Well, from what I have gathered, note I have never grown them before, however I am in the process of getting a print, and have tried to research as much as possible.
With the Panaleous, you will most likely need to keep your humidity as high as possible until the pins come. Fanning a few times a day until pins are formed, and then turning them onto a constant air exchange, like a humidifier will then help pins mature.
Ive heard just a lot about how its important with a Panaleous strain, to have high air exchange, but obviously, not to loose humidity. I think its benefical to have a cool mist hooked up to your terrarium, or a lot of babying by misting and fanning throughout the day!!! They need a little bit higher temps as well for fruitng.
Good luck...I wanna start innoculating some jars soon

Thanks AS,
Trying covering the containers with plastic wrap but leaving it a little open at one end to allow air exchange. The sides still have condensation on them so I assume the RH is >=90%. Primordia just starting to form. After numerous primordia form, the plastic wrap will be sealed around the container to bump up the humidity to ~100%.
Any other input is much appreciated.
So far so good!
