Dutch president elect assasinated???

Did anyone else here about the Populist party elect for president being assasinated?? I wish some dutch people would speak up, like damn, political forum just chillin, some dude got assasinate, what do i do now,,,,

Pim Fortuyn, the leader of the rightist populist party was killed shortly before the elections..

Not presidential elections, national party elections, something like congress/senate I suppose.

What's there to say, first political assasination in the Netherlands in all history, killed by some weird enviromentalist (sigh, I really like tree huggers) who supposedly had already commited a murder earlier in his life. No news about it for a while though, funny that.

this article made him out to be some hero, not a rightist, but I guess dutch politics is different, I thought they were alwasy run by illumaniti, but I guess rightists are good in Dueatchland.
