im not big into opiates but the few times i smoked the stuff and once i ate a pain pill i got the itchies bad. Specially under my nose, i would just keep rubbing it got all red

opiates/opiods cause histamine release. in fact, the warm orgasmic feeling one feels spreading from the abdomen when shooting heroin is from a massive release of histamine from the abdomen. pop some benadryl, it should help some. it will also help a bit with the nausea, if you tend to get nauseous.
