Okay so this is my first time,
I did everything right from the start.
Here is my "work room" for inoculation
Its at a friends house, heres what my jars are like so far over there...
Some have a cob web white stuff coming from the bottom of the jar up. It don't seem right b/c I inoculated at the top.
can this happen?

In jars? Read through the other 300 "uh oh, is this cobweb" posts. Cobweb usually affects casings, not jars. You're fine, and that looks far too thick and white for cobweb.

You dont run a ultrasonic humidifier while the jars are incubating you run it when there fruiting:)

As Jccc stated, you need not humidife your incubator during colonization. You may have welcomed in Trich by doing so.
Just keep them in a dark location at around 72f.
The stuff you think is cobweb is actually mycellium, cobweb is a very very thin grey growth. I should point out you do have a trich in the bottom of one of your jar's.

WTF is a Trich?

I was wondering how the fuck it got to the Bottom?
Yeah, I wasn't paying enough attention.
The first day or so, I was Humidifing (that was stupid)
newbie mistake. I didn't think that the tiny holes in the jar would let enough air through. and What? you pros act like you yeilded a pound dry off your 1st cake. GIVE ME A BREAK! I think I'm doing pretty damn good if you ask me. Could be worse, I could be to self-rightous to ask for help. you know? lighten up.

lol you definitely need to read the pf tek and pay attention to it man the cake that is white and fluffy shouldn't be cobweb as cobweb is grayish mycelium is basically pure white.all the info you need is in the pf tek gl

Well, you have made some blunders that are properly explained in the most basic of must reads (i.e pf tek) but don't take it personally.
You've got to realize that some guys here have answered the same basic questions again and again for years, and I have never seen a RTFM from any of them, even though sometimes some people warrant them. On their worst days they just give you a link to whatever you are looking for. On their best days they explain the whole thing in every detail.
Trich is an abbreviation for trichoderma, a kind of contaminant. The growth could perfectly be good mycelium that has started growing where your spore solution dribbled to the bottom of the jar.
You're being too negative, let them jars grow and you'll see what happens.
If you are very worried about contams, go visit the contam forum and read the contam faq. It will explain all the common contaminations for mushroom cultivation

But I don't recall it Specicifically saying NOT to humidify during Innoc., so, I figured it wouldn't hurt em.
