Today was my first time eating shrooms and i wasnt ready for the nausia feeling that followed.... i puked up all of the shrooms.... i was just wondering what i should do because some ppl told me to eat my puke, its really disgusting and i dont think thats what i should do but i would appreciate any comments on this issue...

what your not eating it? puke is great tasting! lol, just a joke. dont eat that! guess youll have to wait till you get some more.

Did you fast before? Sounds like you ate a meal before you ate the shrooms.

Best to not eat 4 or 5 hours before dosing IMO, or a light snack hour before.

I agree with DreaMaTrix... All the times I have consumed mushrooms I fasted for at least 5 hours beforehand, and I had no problems with nausea or puking. It really helps a lot.

Try some Ginger capsules. They're the latest craze here lol. My first time a few weeks back I ended up spewing, but I was already tripping balls at that point. Some people just have a weak stomach and sometimes it just takes a few times of getting used to. *shrugs* Give it another go.

Drinking it as a tea ,fasting for 24 hours beforehand and having a little toke will wipe out the chances of nausea .

I FUCKING HATE shroom nausea but have learnt how to sidestep it now.

I usually don't eat for a full day prior and thus don't get any stomach nausea ... the "head nausea" (aka mental discomfort) during the comeup is unavoidable though
