ok so here are some treasure coast that came for a LC that i made last year. my fruits don't look like the TC that i grew from the original spores but trust me they still get the job done. i am disappointed however with how they seem to be growing. i have a ton more aborts then i am used to and the stems tend to be to weak to support the caps as you can see. also there is a lot of fuzz growing on the stems as well as the caps.
grow info:
- martha set up - lots of FAE running a cool mist 24/7 - humidity around 90% - same as i have done in the past with no issues at all - RYE cased in coir/verm - temp has ranged from about 65-85 being the beginnings of summer and all

You're probably drowning them with the 24/7 coolmist. I run mine 1 minute on, 6 minutes off, and it gives upper 90's humidity with hardly any drips. If you keep them saturated, it will give a lot of aborts, especially if the water is dripping down on them. RR

does the temp make much of a difference and does the 24/7 humidity create the fuzz on the caps and stems as well? i have a timer that has 1/2 hr. increments, how does 1/2 hr on 1 1/2 off sound? and now that you mention it, it is kind of wet in there. over the winter i had a heat lamp in the closet my martha is set up in to keep the temp up which also eliminated the moisture... thanks RR
