birth them.. but you may want to try caseing.. even though its your first time.. its worth it.. just use 50/50 + (the + is important, it raises the pH level, prevents contam.. ).. anyway.. go for it!.. birth them..

The mycelium won't start pinning unless there is optimum conditions as explained in TMC. If the jar is exposed to light, and fully colonized, and recieve enough gas exchange, then, it may pin in vitro, as you are expecting. However, you shouldn't not birth the jars because they aren't pinning in vitro. Birth them now and make sure you give them plenty of humidity, light, and gas exchange. Good luck.
