It will slow down mycelial growth substantially, like when one stores their slant tubes/petris in the fridge to hault growth. I would suggest reintroducing them to a warmer indoors habitat, but not a terribly hot habitat at first. Maybe 70 F, then 80 F, then 86... So not to shock it...

I have to second that question...My jars were sitting for about 2 weeks in 45 to 50 deg weather and I built an incubator box last sunday and its now friday and there is Zero sign of growth..should I be patient or sterilize again and re inoculate...???
