but 48,9, and 7 in a huge road win in double OT, that doesnt even do it justice, those 48 points were scored with some nasty shots.

His legend was made last night. Un-fucking believable. If you don't like that you don't like basketball.
Scored the final 25 points for his team. He refused to let his team lose. Beat the Pistons single handedly. They were shell shocked.
I will never forget where I was when I saw that game and that performance.
One for the ages.

Yes, I think a legend was made. I see what you're saying but it doesn't take a great deal of imagination to realize that If he can do that with virtually no help from his teamates what else can he accomplish with a few quality role players around him?
The sky is the limit for Mr. LeBron James.
If you can't see that you just aren't paying attention to the skills he put on display last night. He took his game to a whole 'nother level and this is coming from someone who has never been that impressed with him before.
I agree with you about preferring to see the Cavs in the Finals though. A San Antonio - Detroit series is my worst nightmare. Grind-it-out half court slow-it-down bball would be a real snoozer.

He hasn't proven himself to have legendary status just yet. While his accomplishments and progression are pretty impressive for his age, he can not be mentioned in the same breath as MJ, Magic, or Bird...YET.
We shall see.

Well, neither has Dwade. He won a championship last year, but he did it with the help of practically half a dozen vets.

wade did shoot a whopping 61% against detroit in their series last year
sure lebron had one good game but i think the jury is still out on the lebron/wade debate

as someone else pointed out, wade piggybacked his way to a championship.. LeBron is the one carrying his team on his back.. wade and lebron have completely different responsibilities.
