It looks like one of the yellow Tricholoma species (there are several).

If you wet the cap surface does it feel greasy?

Are the gills yellow at a young age?

What does it taste like?

Does it have an odor?

Happy mushrooming!

smelled normal, like mushroomy.I do not taste what is unknown to me.and the gill color at young age I cannot say.these were the only ones I seen there.they felt dry and smooth.they do look very tricholoma to me,maybe I'll see more there after the rain and narrow it down a little more .thanks for the help toxic.

I'm not so sure about L. decastes, Coons mushroom is yellowish, while L. decastes has a white stipe and grey to grey/brown cap, normally.

Tricholoma is suspect... Or perhaps Melanoleuca or Leucopaxillus.

the mushrooms were white, the yellowishness is from the sunlight coming through the green canopy at about noon.
