No I deserved it in this case. I should have considered that you may have been asking if anyone else had fruited them which you were. On a lighter note I plan to cultivate Cambodia cubensis and the Golden Teacher strain from The Spore Works. I have a question for Ryche I hope you are reading this. Workman said that "his" Panaeolus cyan were actually you Panaeolus Trop. He is not sure wether they are pan trop or pan cyan. what is your opinion. is it true that pan trop are suppose to be smaller then the pan cyan. you cant get much smaller then the pan cyan in most cases. i mean in most cases pan cyan is really small.

According to Stamets in "Psilocybin Mushrooms of the World":Pan Cyans...Stem 85 - 115 mm by 1.5 - 3 mm thick. Caps 1.5 - 3.5 cm. Pan Trops...Stem 60 - 80 mm by 2 - 3 mm thick. Caps 1.5 - 2 cm. Additionally he states that the two are virtually identical macroscopically, differing only in the Cyan having larger spore size and the interior aspects of it's spores. I haven't checked the spore size comparison. I have prints of both strains from Ryche and I'll throw them under the microscope tonight. ------------------ Peace, Love & Light

So the Trops are smaller? I was under the impression they were a little bigger. I got some colonizing right now. What is the potentcy of the trops?

HI RYCHE! WHAT DO YOU THINK OF THE PANAEOLUS CYANESCENS? WORDS CAN NOT DISCRIBE HOW POWERFUL THEY ARE! I AM SURE THE PAN TROP IS JUST AS INTENSE! [This message has been edited by sean123 (edited January 04, 2000).]

They fruit like hell, they shrink like hell, they suck like hell!!! That is just my opion!!! I will let you know what I think of the Trops in about 2 weeks or so...

Well even if they are hard to cultivate they are still super potent. I have found beautiful Panaeolus cyanescens growing wild. I have never grown them my self though a friend of mine is attempting to grow them. they rule even if they are hard to grow.

Pan cyans are not hard to grow. They fruit right next to my cubies in the same terrarium ON CAKES OF SHIT AND BIRDSEED and they suck period. I got the spores from the chicks. So if you haven't grown them you don't know. I have grown them and I thought they were super potent to and told my friends , HEY THESE KICK ASS!!! and they laughed at me. They take a long time to hit you the high don't last that long and minimal visuals. But like I said that is just me and my buddies opions...

Euronymous, it's amazing that we obtained pan cyan spores from the same source (Sporechicks) and yours sucked and mine blew away me and my pals. We found them to be more potent than any cubes. Possibly the answer has something to do with the cultivation process. Didn't try birdseed and shit method, just colonized PF Tek-style rice and then cased - twice - with a 1/4 inch layer of organic sheep manure. The pan cyans' size may be disappointing to those who love monster-size specimens, but they fruit very quickly, taste better and are very potent. Just another opinion.

I ate 6.5 grams of Copelanida cyanescens the first time i tried them. I know this was of course a bad idea but i was not informed of their potentcy. had a horribly bad trip (bad meaning intense). i am not going to get into what i experienced because i am not sure i could explain but i have done copelanida cyanescens (mostly wild) numerous times since my first trip usually 2-3 grams at a time and they are a very cool mushrooms. i want to try the pan trops i don't know why workman sells Ryche's pan trops as pan cyan because Ryche you pan trops look a hell of a lot different (and better) then your pan cyans even thought your cyans look good too. i e mailed a few smart shops in amsterdamn that sell copelandia including concsious dreams, amazing nature and sagarmatha asking about the method they use to cultivate their pan cyans, i got a reply back from amazing nature. all that they told me was they use the mushroom cultivator as a precursor.

Well maybe I should give them another chance on another substrate. I was just very dissapointed with my first go at it. Its just the spores are exspensive if they don't do me right you know. I am growing the Trops on PF style substrate so I'll see what happens.

Alright, I haven't fully grown the Cambodians yet, but when I inogulated them, I thought I REALLY fucked up (long story, unsteril needle, and jars too hot, I fixed both problems in the 2nd batch...). But, 9 out of my 10 jars are colonizing, some faster than others, but it's the 5th day, and I'll update when they are ready to fruit... any suggestions on Casings of my 9 cakes?------------------ -Jim Sh0e-

I have 12 jars of the Cambodian strain that are roughly at 20% colonization, some more, some less. Its day 2 since germination, and day 5 since inoculation. I used Rye Flour instead of Brown Rice Flour, so far they seem to love it. I'll keep ya'll updated in this thread every so often. Should have pics in a month or so(hopefully ) The Lizard,

Greetings & Salutations! I've gotta give a HUGE plug for Ryche Hawk and his Cambodian Strain! If you haven't innoculated with this strain yet, I'm here to say that it is truly the "speed freek" of cubensis! I thought I screwed up and innoculated my substrate jars with StarBucks coffee, they were flying through it so fast! I "squirted" at midnight of the new year and have about 25-35% colonization already!(on Hawk Magic Formula substrate). ------------------ "Who is John Galt?"

germination is when the mycel actually starts growing, like the first sign of life.hmm, like a bean plant for instance. when it actually sprouts from the seed it germinated. so i could say "6 days since i planted the seed, 2 days since it germinated/sprouted" i hope this helps.

How the F**k can you guys (sean123) eat 2-3 grams of Pan. Cyans.....??? That is (at least to me and my friends) equal of eating 6-9 grams of Cubs... Or did your Cyans suck bigtime...??(Or maybe you are talking about Ps. Cyans...??)1 gram of Pan (Cop) Cyans is enough to make me tripp pretty hard... (ive eaten Pan Cyans about 10+ times)

Well I don't know what the deal was with mine? After all the hype I had to try them and they didn't do much for me. What do ya'll suggest I grow them on? I got the spores from the chicks and the fruit looked just like the pics in the mushroom cutivator so I know they were the real thing.
