a buddy of mine is about to innoculating his second set of jars ever. he has two syringes: cambos and eq's. which should he tackle first?

Agreed, he should do both (especially if he's already holding the syringes). It's a good way to notice the differences between strains, since it's hard to tell when you're only working on one.
