It depends dude, I think b plus are the weakest strain, if they are like hawk's eye or similar, but I thin pf's strain is like an original b plus, and pf's strain is potent, but I have not eaten alot of kinds,but thas my opinoni

also, when I ate b plus, I just ate as many as I could without throwing up, your stomach wil tell you when you got enough, but that's only if you eat them raw

However,I agree that this isn't really a question for "Advanced Cult".

Most strains are approximately equal in potency.If your friend has never eaten shrooms before,and "wants to be safe",then s/he shouldn't eat more than a 2 grams dried.

I said eat them until you think you will be sick, not until you are sick, maybe is not good, but is my only method for dosing, cuz your dosage calcultators are all sceintific

Way wrong forum, sorry.
and the variance between individual mushrooms can be enough to offset any advice on doses.. I reccomend a strong dose or no dose, as do many others (T. Mckenna for one..)
It's not for everyone. If one is not capable of self-control, they should be wary of psycadelics..
