What is happening to my mycelium?

Okay, there is a big patch of what looks like clear mycelium in my jar. It is where normal mycelium used to be. Basically all the white mycelium in that area is gone, but it still looks like there is some there (just that is is clear). Is it dying? Has anyone seen this before? Thanks.

its hard to tell without a pic but i find that some mycelium is whiter than others so i would let it ride to see how it looks when 100%
