F'd up humidity

Has anyone had this problem? I LITERALLY cant get the humidity down past 95.
I am fanning, I have NO perlite, I turned the coolmist completely OFF. I even have the lid partially off. WTF!!!
I have the fruiting chamber in my closet. So maybe this is preventing it from going down. BTW: the casings have pinned and I need the humidity down.
I have the closet door open with a fan blowing air out. Maybe this will do something. I think its too late for the pins. There are a lot, and growing, but freakin skinny as hell. In a previous post I said that I had this skinny pin problem and was told the fan and lower the humidity. JUST CANT SEEM TO DO IT!

Skinny fruits also happen if there is too little light.

I give it about 8 hours of light a day......hm.......
If they are already growing skinny...will they finish that way?
Or can they start to fatten up?

What about the hygrometer ?
Take it outside and test it.
