scratch the heating pad, personally I've heard nothing but horror stories resulting from that type of incubation. I just moved up from my bum setup (15watt light and a cardboard box) to Shroom God's EXCELLENT incubation system. this thing maintains a perfectly constant 84F, or whatever you want it to. Plus (i may be hallucinating, but) it seems to rehydrate the jars if they're a little on the dry side. A BIG THUMBS UP to SHROOM GOD!

Oops, noticed you said *TRAYS*... i suppose that means your dealing with casings.. but I'll leave that other post up because it should help a few people out.
