I know GGGreatone would be better able to tell about the Floridian variety...they do look like the pictures he has posted in the past...to be sure they are not foenescii...make a spore print...if it is black...then I think you have casters...or maybe another closely related panneaolus, like olivacious, or microsporia. Anyways GG can probably answer the riddle...or a sporeprint.
Cheers

hahaha,
nice findings.
Those Are in fact Panaeolus castaneifolius, Pan Casters we have started calling them.
NOT Panaeolina foenisecci. -In fact, i have never found foenisecii here in florida. -I have found foenisecii during visits throughout the norths (maine, illinois, seattle, all throughout China and also i believe once on a visit to the atlanta georgia area but never in florida).
Pan casters have dark black spores. And occassionally they will blue at the base of the mushroom stems white mycelium. Most specimens have a darker band around the cap. The stems are a very beultiful bronze shiny color..similar to how Copelandia cyanescens stems can be very shiny silver in color and the more rubust stems have very twisty features.
Though its said that Panaeolina foeniseccii and Panaeolus castaneifolius are macroscopically identical varying only in the fact that castaneifolius' bruise blue at the base of the stems and foenisecci do not stain blue.
Pan casters rock, Stay off my Shroom-island ((heheh just kidding)), Keep shroomin and nice find, GG

Thanks for the reply GG... I go to the island often with my wife for walks in the evening. It is always nice to see things like this:

Won?t find anything like that in a neighborhood walk, unless you live on the intercostal or the beach!
Peace to Everyone ~
