What youll need for this guy is some heat;
 You'll need some of your deli's finest turkey, some delicious munster cheese, I used about 10 slices here, some wheat bread and some butter,; I microwaved my butter sense it was kinda cold, and it spreads itself nicely. I added some olive oil throughout the layers, also adding some honga's onside. I added basil and chives on top, with a splash of some more olive oil. I cooked it old school split style, to get a nice even melting.

I got the pan real hot at first then kept on low till the cheese started melting then covered and killed the heat till the bread was nicely golden and the cheese was ooy and gooy.

All good except why would you ever by those packaged deli slices of meat when you could just get em sliced fresh?

I don't like it when a sandwich is to big to fit in your mouth. Its not common in my part of the EU so it makes no sense to me, I think 2 smaller ones would be better than one big one.

looks good. alton brown suggests heating 2 cast iron pans for 5 minutes then just pressing the sanmmich, it works really well and gives a perfect crust and a perfect melt.
