Let me put it another way. What does one US military guy killing his wife and kids (assuming you got even that much of the story right) have to do with this thread?

Yes, I have no problem saying Israelis are purposely targetting civilians. I'm sure that there is a luvdemshrooms way of thinking found on the Israeli side. It's as understandable a reaction to all the bombings by Palestinians as the suicidal/homicidal tendencies of the Palestinians are to years of Israeli occupation and oppression.
Jenin is only one instance. It was an instance where it was thought there would be clear evidence of what the Israeli military had been doing, and so it was pushed. Unfortunately, Israel didn't let any inquiries take place. So now it's back to speculation. And people say "Prove it!" as if they have some trump. Prove to me that OJ killed his ex-wife and her boyfriend.
If I'm pulled over by a cop and I fail the sobriety test, I can refuse to take the breathalizer. But I'll still be charged with DUI, right?
But really, the whole Israel-Palestine conflict is a distraction--a straw man to take us from more pertinent issues. There's no peace over there. Even if it only came down to a matter of religion, there wouldn't be peace.
Oh, and when someone says, "Learn to spell and write a 'coherant' sentence," you can be sure I'm going to raz that person. That's too rich to pass up! And then for the same person to do it again a week later, that's too much!
