Looks good but for me a burger isn't complete without raw onion and tomato.

I had raw onion in there, but no tomato. Yeah it needed tomato.

I missed that in the pic. You are 100% correct. Raw onion and a good tomatoe is the icing on the cake...an absolute must.

Not gonna read all these rookie's replies.. but here's how a real burger is made:
Beef Worstershire sauce black pepper chili powder pepper jack cheese pinch of season salt
Start with that and add whatever random crap you want, but you can't beat it for flavor.

Sounds like a damn delicious burger to me. I'd add garlic, myself. I love garlic.

I can't stand garlic. Sunlight also makes me itch and sneeze.

I declare this thread "Officially Epic".
For further reading on epic burgers, everybody (yes, that means you) should check out geokills' epic burger recipe, from the Culinary Arts forum:

Delicious!
I eat red meat about once a month, and that my friend was a beautiful creation.

I dont know, I go up to upstate new york a lot around sodus/rochester area and they got some great burgers up there.
They tend to make them huge, but thin, and then there are some great hot sauce recipes they have. A lot involve meat; my grandfather is from that area and has one in our family. I'm hungry now.

Man you eat like I do. I love to cook and come up with my own way of doing things. I would have grilled the burger myself.

Alas, I have no grill.
I do have a George Forman though... didn't occur to me until after unfortunately.
