Sounds like the psilocin is oxidizing. Certain types of mycelium always turn blue. If your casing is fruiting its probably not contam. I'm not sure of the reasons for mycelium blueing, but its perfectly normal. You'd be able to tell if it was a mold. Keep an eye on it, I'm pretty sure your fine.

Yeah, the same thing happened to me. I had just finished picking my first flush off of cased straw. Next day it looked like the entire surface had a bluish tinge to it.
