After you've fan dried your shrooms, put them in a Tupperware container with 2" or more of calcium chloride (ice-melt) in the bottom. Seal and burp the container. Let it sit for 2-3 days. That's it. That's all. Cracker dry shrooms! Yum Yum!

The kind with the blue crystals is what I prefer,put it in the oven on low to re-activate.I put my dessicant in the bottom of a deli container that I bought a burrito in,put a paper towel over the dessicant,shroom on the paper towel,snap on the cover.In one or two days they are cracker dry..Oh yeah,be sure to fan dry for a day first. Good Luck!

I'm sure it will be fine if you got it from Myco Supply. Probably better than most.
Fan dry for at least a day first though! Have a ball!
