Background:
My own syringes I made vs Bought ones.
The jars I innoc'd the other day with my own made up prints/syringes, show tiny bits of growth day 6, small little section have started to colonize. Looks perfect.
Now these vaccumed sealed bought syringes, at day 6 Look like this!!!
Contam'd?
Im hoping this might be some bruising or stress. Wishful thinking I know. I know

The middle two look contaminated for sure, the top picture is too early to tell, and the bottom picture has too much glare.

Went with the Rule, If in doubt chuck it out!
5 jars I used of my own aussie are fine, the 7 amazon in the bin =(
Conclusion - bad syringe, as the were all PC'd in my AAPC21 (first time Ive used). All done at the same time with both syringes in the GB.
But live and learn  I love this hobby.
