now unless I have a preconcieved project that requires internet use 30 minutes a day of computer use, and not a whimsical one for example the difference between already having sketched out the schematics for a bird like human propellant device and needing to know the strength of different materials, and wanting to look at some porn.
1/7 dv, 1/7shroomry, 1/7deoxy, 1/7email, 1/7myspace, 1/7news, 1/7 fucking ridiculous mang

Some people spend 15 hours a day on the internet playing WoW...its insane.

Good idea. Stick with it. You could always plan ahead some exceptions, like on a weekend when you won't have anything more important to do.

I applaud you if you can stick with it, bro. I've tried to cut back and never really do. So I guess I haven't really tried, I've just said I would and then didn't.

My body I will give to pleasures, to diversions that I’ve dreamed of, to the most daring erotic desires, to the lustful impulses of my blood, without any fear at all, for whenever I will— and I will have the will, strengthened as I’ll be with contemplation and study— at the crucial moments I’ll recover my spirit as was before: ascetic.”

You might wanna try it like a diet or like you're trying to quit a really addictive drug. Start with just cutting back a little bit, then keep cutting more and more away. Cold turkey with anything is gonna be harder.

True for some almsot impossible for others. The only way some people (such as myself) can cut back on something is to go cold-turkey.
