loosen the lid and turn them upside down. you are talking about pf jars i presume?

What size jars are you using? 1/2 pint wide mouths? What strain? do you tape the innoculation holes in the lid? What's the temp where your keeping these jars?

Next time try to post a little more clearly.

Give some air exchange (loosen the jar lids or take the tape off the holes) and store them at ideal temperature (84 degrees)
