wow you just droped a dried up stem fragment into agar and it burst to life and avoided being contaminated that is luck.

I had originally dropped it sterile on peroxidated agar.
Nadda happened....
After abt 3 weeks this dried out nadda started getting brilliant white.

I say hmm interesting rot....
Then I say let me see this rot GROW on regular MYEA agar.
and then I see this rot is not rot
ITS MYCELIUM......

And man that was a huge shroom 4" cap, 6" tall, stem 1" wide......

Can't wait to plop wedges into grain....

What happened to your jar with 8cc's of spores in it? Did it colonize quicker or get become waterlogged?

Waiting on them still but all seems ok
Problem: I don't know which jar it was and I can't tell cause anyway I inject more than 2cc's in each jar. (sometimes 4cc's)

Oh and by the way the clones have beautiful!
growth. Pearlish white strands growing evenly
away from thos dried up inside stem parts.
