definitely a loph...from the looks of it im guessing diffusa, which is legal if you are in the states, but then again they are VERY hard to distinguish at a young age.

about the same, but diffusa doesnt contain much mescaline, if any, has a different chemical in it that will make you trip.

I have been holding onto this guy for a while now, but I am still uncertain if this is actually a Peruvian T. Can someone confirm that this is? I can get more and better pictures tomorrow.

^yeah you will want to research fairly hard on that before making any attempts to purchase a loph.
nah thats a peruvianus i think, the spines and the 'niches' above the spines pretty much give it away.

That is a crested loph. I have been watching that auction, interested to see how much it goes for. If it could make it to Aus I would pay a heap for a plant like that. Diffusa are yellow-green, willi is blue-green, and from what I've noticed caespitosa are fairly glaucous. But growing conditions can make it quite variable.
Lophs have been named different things... Originally Echinocactus williamsii in 1845, in 1887 A.lewinii, bouncing back an fourth between Anhalonium(Ariocarpus) and about 4 other genera/families. If interested have a read : http://www.entheology.org/edoto/anmviewer.asp?a=58

Can anyone help me to identify those 2 species, whether it is a mescalin contain or not, I know that it is very complicated to determine from the picture, however if someone has an idea of what species it could be, it would really help me, thanks in advance.

and this one looks more like mescaline contain.

Your first picture is a pilocereus ssp (probably azurcens) your second is a trichocereus most likely bridge hybrid
