question about boiling them?

hey
i heated up my shrooms in a pot with water, not boiled, just heated, but do i need the water i cooked them in to trip and just trow the pieces out? or can i just trow the heated pieces in some tea with new water? basically, i'm asking that after you've cooked them a little, what do you need to trip, the actually pieces or the water?

i have used a mash potatoe squisher and proceeded to squish the shrooms while boiling, the with tha product filter throgh a coffee filter or a tee shirt or something... drink the juice.....eat pieces to....mine are nearly clear when i am done with them....bottoms up

Hell yea, when you boil them, use something to mash them up and get the juice out of it...The way i do it is, put all the caps into a sock,then fill water up halfay up the sock in a small pan. Then boil them for about a half an hour, squeezing the juice out every so often. Then take the sock out and drain all the juice out of the sock into the pan, and discard the sock. Then proceed to boil the water for another 15-20 mins. Works great! you trip balls off 2-3 shots.

oh yea, and another HUGE benifit to using the sock is, you get all the juice out, without getting mush of shrooms in your juice as you drink it!
