cake stalling Q ??

hey there,

say a cake has been in the fruiting chamber 3 days now... i see no change hardlt in the cake.. the knots have not yet formed .. it still looks real real healthy and conditions are optimal... anything wrong here?
can i speed that up?

Wait a week or so and you will see fruits. I know you are just asking b/c as a parent you want to see success from your little babies, so I hope these replies are encouraging.
