Im not sure, i dont wanna offend anyone, but looking here, some of the posts are rather unadvanced. Not saying they dont count, or arnt good, but they could easily get answered in the cultivation forum as opposed to cluttering up the advanced one?

Not much you can do. I still feel there is a need for a posting rules splash screen. For every post and for all time. It won't slow things down all that much.

The only sure fire way would be a fully moderated forum, which would be a pain. Off topic posts should be locked as soon as they are noticed with a standard message such as "Off topic, post locked. ".

And then track the asswipes down at their homes and double castrate them!!!

There is little one can do without making major changes.
I think that some sort of qualification prior to posting in this forum would be a good idea, to cut down on the aggrivating or foolhardy posts.
Fully moderated would be a bitch and a half.
there are two sticky posts which clearly state the rules.

They need a limiting factor for the advanced forum, like not being able post a new thread without having already posted quite a few times in normal cultivation.
