BLACK BLACK color spores + DISTINCT no question about it quik BLUE bruising where handled or cut + growing in dung (crap) = Copelandia and nothing poisonous.

Anythings possible but Copelandias are tropical species and Bispora I believe has only been reported so far from Africa and Hawaii ?

Bispora can only be seperated from other Copes with a microscope.

Africa and Hawaii and Suisse.

A church lawn in Bern was fertilized with manures from the Mediterranean region and wall to wall Copeleania bispora, with bluing in them sprouted up on their lawn. They did not return after the fall ever again. The find was published in a European mycological bulletin published in French, Suisse and Belgium I believe.

AS noted above, they area a tropical and pantropical species. I also doubt that your lawn in Canada would have gotten fertilizers from the area the church did.
