isolate question

ok so once you isolate a strain on agar and fruit it, if you take prints from the fruits will the prints have multiple strains in it or will the print just contain the strain you originally isolated from agar?

The print will still be a multispore. To isolate that specific stain/substrain you'd have to make an LC from the fruit or mycelium that you like.

Yes. I never make LC though. I hate them. I isolate strains and keep them on agar/hardwood in test tubes in the refrigerator.
