 Saw The Books and Mouse on Mars yesterday

My friends finally got me to leave my den on Saturday, and I'm so glad they did. After some wine we went to this electronic music festival. Most of it was crap, but I got to see The Books and Mouse on Mars, which pretty much made it up for all the pain I had to endure (some weird ass goth screaming like there's no tomorrow, that weird chick gaggling water, and then this weirdo throwing djembes around the stage, not to mention the factoid that all the bands started playing like an hour later than they were supposed to  ).
Anyway, The Books were amazing. Really loved those videos they played in the background. And all those anagrams of the word "meditation"  I took a shitload of photographs, but I will only post a few because I'm too lazy.
And Mouse on Mars in all their grooviness:

Edit: Added a couple of videos. Sorry, but my camera only takes 30 seconds long clips, and the quality is horrible as well.

Badass! Thank you for sharing. I just had a chance to see The Books play, but I missed it in favor of some dance show. 
Those videos and pictures are amazing though, thanks again. I'm glad you had such a great time. =]

i saw the books in philly a couple weeks ago. it was the first time ive seen them and i wasnt sure how they would translate live but they were fuckin awesome! the videos were great!
