I find that casing suppy a great myco-climate for themselves. I try to find the smallest rubbermaid I can find that will fit my casing(s) and if anything I might spray the walls but other than that I find the humidity levels stay great w/o perlite, bubblers and all that noise. Just a little tip: try to get a rubbermaid that isn't white on the sides because you'll want to pins growing straight up to the light and not all over the place!

Put your bubbler on a timer!
When the humidity drops too low, have it cut on. When it gets too high, have it cut off. Find the balance and adjust the timer accordingly.

Hello...you dont need a timer that monitors humidity.
You have a hygrometer correct? You can see when the humidity drops by looking at it right? Well, when your gauge reads 85% then have your timer cut your bubbler on till the humidity starts to go up a little then have the timer cut the bubbler off. Over and over. Once you find what works youre all set. Very simple.

just make sure to set the timer so the humidity stays between 85 and 90.
