Speaking from experience there are a lot of people out there who have trips leaving them not unlike rape victims, scared, confused, alone and often with much self hatred to name a few beuties.
These are people who need immediate psychiatric care and almost nobody ever goes to a psychiatrist to tell them about a bad trip, especially teenagers who are sometimes more confused then most. Even if they do seek professional help a lot of those guys will just tell them its drug induced and (more or less) that's what you get for tinkering with Satan's food.
There are a lot of very, very experienced people here and I can really seem them helping bad trippers with insight into their trips, which goes a long way believe me!
I think if there was a specific forum for it then their could be a really quick way of getting people in the worst of mental states into much healthier one.
Just tossing an idea out.

Not sure about this one. I mean how many people here could say they are qualified consultants? If good intention and well meaning were enough to qualify then this whole damn site with all it's members could raise a hand.
It's a great community here and I know people are willing to help others when and if they can, but I feel that making a forum specifically for those that need help might bring about some expectation from the needy to be somehow cured or something, of course it works the other way around, those feeling they want to help feeling bad because they can't pull that person back from their deppression.
Ultimately I think that if anyones trips are messing them up to the point of serious mental instability then they should stop.
*shrugs* I don't know.

i was going to re-design the whole trip reports section, but when i asked for ideas was just ignored, so i ignored the project.

Most bad trips are subject oriented. Spirituality & Philosphy deals alot with peoples misunderstandings on life, and shit they thought up in a trip

Ignored? I think it sounds like a good idea to seperate good from bad trips.
Please don't assume your being ignored, we've been extremely busy these last 3-4 months with the raffle and the new server. We do overlook posts, PMs, emails....
Just keep nagging us if you have not recieved a response.
