I recently read a text on making that. It says to buy gell caps and shred your shrooms with a mortar and pestle. They say about 5 pills full is about 1 dose.

Hey Six you ain't to far from me. PM me, maybe we can share ideas on where to get stuff for growing.

I grind mine in a coffee grinder, and put in tubes that hold a quarter. Then when I want some I use that portion of the tube. I have not used caps, but remember reading somewhere that size "00" caps hold 1/2 gram. I believe they are available at health food stores like GNC. That size is nice cause you know how much of a dose you have. I plan on trying the caps as soon as I get a chance to get some.

1 dry ounce makes about 104 capsules. You get the capsules from a health food store an just grind them to powder and fill them up. My buddie did this and brought them to a rave and sold them for 5$ a peice. Thats over 500$ for an ounce!!!
