Should I eat or no?

It rained a few days ago and I noticed some mushrooms growing on some cow manure. Im not sure how long they have been growing, but theyre all white, and they have long skinny stems and heads that are about and inch and a half tall and two inches wide...plz help....i dont wanna eat these and regret it

Uhh.. We need a better description...

How about including:

Gill color
Spore print color
If they briuse blue.

The thing you refered to as a "head" is better known as a cap.

the spore print looks dark brown...or maybe even black...the area is houston texas which is southeast texas, the gills are brown....i havent noticed any bruising yet, but this is my first time picking so i dont really know what to look for....i just heard if shrooms are growing on cow shit then theyre good to go

Sounds like you'll want to do a lot of research before eating ANYTHING you find outside. You'd be better off growing or buying them from someone, it's the easy way to do it =\

The mushroom you discribed sounds like Ps. antillarium, but it's hard to be sure without a picture. Ps. antillarium is not active, in other words, you won't trip if you eat it... but you may get a bad case of the liqud shits. Doesn't sound like fun? Don't eat it. In fact, never ever ever eat anything you don't have a 100% true ID on.
