1. Does it have transparent sides? If so, you don't need plexiglass on top.
2. Damn, it's hot in your house. Optimal fruiting temps are around '70F. Try to play around and low that temp.
3. Drill several douzens of holes with a drill. The more holes, the more FAE. The more FAE, the less contams. Fanning will be a treat (1-2 times a day will be enough).
4. Just use perlite.

They'll fruit at 80F, but quality will be better at 75F or so.
You can't 'eye the humidity'. You need a hygromter. Humidity is invisible microscopic particles of moisture that are suspended in the air and can't be seen.
Drill holes in your tub, even if it means going to the hardware store and buying a drill. Drill holes in all six sides and use three to five inches of well drained perlite for humidity.
Indirect sunlight from the sides is fine. If you notice them all growing towards the window, simply rotate the terrarium every day. RR

Using a hammer and nail will probally put cracks all the way down ur FC. I notice when i was drilling mine, if i pushed on the drill to hard forcing the drillbit through, it would send a crack through the plastic. But, Im new at this, Hammer might work.

that must be a dull drill bit. turn your drill a speed up if you can, or just drill a screw in the hole and then unscrew it, repeat until you have several holes
