Anyone know where to buy cheap bulk Sterilite or Rubbermaid boxs?

Does anyone know where to buy cheap clear ~16 quart sweater boxes? Chinese peeps I'm sure have cheap ones but hard to search their their shit, anyone know where I can get these clear boxes for less than freaking 4-5 bucks a pop?

I don't want to use bus bins because I like the clear bottoms to check colonization.

many places, goodwill and alike, garage sales, and craigslist. but nothing can replace knowing that ones from retail outlets like storables, dollar tree, and etc have a far greater chance of being coated in spores from god knows what. with all the effort you will put forth for success, and i speak from experience don't let the few $ saved on containers create a problem down the line.

In response to the question, Wal-mart is the cheapest source of brand new bins I've found in my travels. Sorry I couldn't help you more, good luck.

Any USA Mega-Mart, Costco, Walmart have bins cheap.

I empathize with those in UK about the costs of those supplies we in the USA have readily available @ low cost.

Just as you mention, quart mason type canning jars ($8 a dozen here), lids ($1.79 per box here), tyvek (free here) & rye grain ($15 per 50 lb bag here)& AA PC's, or any LARGE PC (bargain prices here).

LOL, try to find Vermiculite in the Balkans, Russia, Norway & many area's of Europe. It simply doesn't exist.

Sadly, we take readily available supplies @ inexpensive cost, FOR GRANTED.

That's a no shitter. They may pay a bit more for jars and tubs, but get free medical care. Mrs Rabbits cancer treatment just took nearly $200,000 right out of our pocket. That was our life savings and retirement money, so now we're broke, as I rapidly approach retirment age. I'd gladly pay twice the price for a tub, to have their medical system instead of the corrupt one in the US. It's all relative.

I'm pretty sure Dollar Tree has them for, you guessed it, a dollar. If I remember right, they seemed pretty cheap and flimsy, but I'm sure they'd work just fine. If not I know that Dollar General sells all sorts of various rubbermaid etc. tubs for much cheaper then you can get at most places.
