clumpy syringe

man today i was injected some more bags and the syringe was extra clumpy, i just bought it too, it wouldnt shake up for shit, and when it did it clumped back in 2 secs, i swear between me and my girlfriend we shook it nonstop for 20 mins, and there was still clumps, there where tiny spores everywhere but im worried i didnt even split the spores now, aaaaaaaaaa



what yall think?

Did even shaking it after letting in some air sucked through a flame not work?
