Nah, I think you should just use the 1 cc per jar. Most commercial spores are a little bit clear, the only times I've had a dark syringe was when I made it myself. You should be fine. If you want the mycelium to tear through a little faster, use a little less water next time. Hope this helped,

You think you are bad, I just got 5 spore prints. I nnoculated 16 jars and used 3. I think I used a little too many. Considering I was told one print could do 30 jars, i think I over did this

I don't think you can 'over do' it, just as long as you subtract the right amount of water from the substrate before you innoculate. I've recently innoculated 1 jar with 2 syringes, just for fun. The innoculant may have been contaminated, so I said 'ahh what the hell' and instead of throwing out the stuff, I shot a jar full of spores. Hopefully, the mycelium will take hold, and kick the potential contams in the ass.
