multiple injections of LC?

You have a large (18x8x5) filter patch bag 1/2 full of grain with an RTV silicone injection port. You also have a liquid culture with an RTV injection port in the lid. Lastly, you have 10cc syringes w/18 gauge needles, and a desire to inoculate the grain with the LC. Do you inject once with 10cc, or do you make multiple injections? If you make multiple injections, do you make any changes to your technique? Would it be better to have multiple ports? Thoughts?

inoculate them with 10 CC's then keep flipping the bag over periodically for the first few hours of incubation to make sure that the LC gets dispersed. I don't know if it's even possible, unless your grains are really dry, but if no solution can be seen at the bottom of after rotating the bag your good for sure.
I dunno I was actually just thinking about this though and that's what I'm gonna try.
check out my LC thread and tell me what you think!
edit: and be gentle!

Thanks for the response. I would like to add vermiculite this scenario, as standing liquid will not be tolerated. 10cc's just seems to me like a small amount for 3-5 quarts of grain.

the problem with injecting large amounts of LC is that it upsets the moisture balance.
and personally i'd inject 3 times 2cc's in a tripod angle from the lone injection port.

4 cc's of nice thick lc seems to be the best for me,but that is in quart jars so adjust accordingly since there is much more spawn in a spawn bag you will need to know how much is in there

Thank you. I would estimate that 4 quarts of rye is a good number to work with in this scenario.

I have read in multiple threads that no more than 4-6cc's should be used in myco bags.
