Spawn,Casing,and FC Question

First of all, thank you to everyone that helped me with my first grow months ago. I just moved, and want to experiment with casing. I have 20 pint jars of BRF/Verm that have been colonizing for about a week with promising sign of growth. I want to use the 50/50 tech with the peat moss. I am confused about what to do next. Do mix crumpled fully colonized cakes in with new Substrate (sterilized BRF/Verm) in a pan, let that colonize, and then case the top layer. I keep hearing references to spawning, but I am still confused about what and how to do this. I have been researching all morning and I think I am just further confusing myself. I also was wondering if the perlite method I used in my FC for cakes, will still work well for casings. I once again did a lot of searching, but I am still confused about what FC is best for using cakes (I can't really afford the Martha). I appreciate any help anyone can give me.

what you can do is visit the sponsers and order hpoo or straw and spawn the cakes to the hpoo or straw for bulk incubate for a week in the dark then add the 50/50 casing 50 gal rubbermade tub and a bag of perlite will be a nice setup

My only worry with the poo is will it smell bad. This is all going on in my rooms closet and I really don't want it to smell bad in there Also will the 50 gallon rubbermaid be big enough to fit 20 jars worth of cased substrate?

What you're talking about is spawning, but you can't just spawn to more brf/verm. You want to spawn to a "bulk substrate" like dung/straw, compost, worm castings, or coffee/coir.
Just mix the colonized jar into a pan of pasteurized bulk substrate, let that colonize, optionally case it or fruit it without a casing. Thats how you spawn to bulk!
A big clear tub with lots of holes drilled in all 6 sides with 2 inches of damp (no standing water) perlite in the bottom is plenty of humidity for cakes or casings.
