Are these veins/roots cobweb or not?

OK. My cup has been growing these white spider web looking things. Not really like spider web but on the inside walls of the cup it looks like the white stuff is spreading like if veins in a human body or some sort of root system. Is this mycellium or cobweb? By the way I'm clearly a newbie.

Well it's white where it's thick, but where its thin it looks grey because of the dark backround of the vermiculite and brown rice powder. But like I said it looks like it's "spreading", like if it was a human body's veins.

It looks like roots?
Then they are rhyzomorphs("resembling roots").
Mycelium.
